【House rules】

No easy pull banner is allowed in the licensed area. All posters, POPs and price tags shall be printed. No handwritten signage is allowed.
Arrangement for Adverse Weather:

If the typhoon signal No.3 / red rainstorm or above is expected or hoisted after 7am on the event day, the event will be rescheduled.
If the licensee cannot meet the rescheduled date, there will be no compensation or refund. The rescheduling details will be announced on Gold Coast Piazza’s Facebook page.

【Other Notes】

The brand logos and the product photos published by the licensees shall be used for the promotion of the event without any prior notification.
Gold Coast Sunday Vibes Market is held outdoors. The applicants shall consider the impact of weather or venue to their products. Gold Coast Piazza is not liable for any defect on the products during the event.
No cancellation or refund is allowed upon signing of confirmation by the Licensee. Should the licensor withdraw their application, no refund is allowed, and the vacant booth will be replaced by the subsequent applicant(s).
Gold Coast Piazza reserves the right to disqualify any successful applicant who violates any of the guidelines or terms and conditions without any compensation.
Gold Coast Piazza Centre reserves the right to amend any of the terms without prior notice.
In case of disputes, Gold Coast Piazza reserves the right of final decision.
