* Clothing and Equipment:
-Wear comfortable and suitable sports attire; it is advisable to bring a pair of flip-flops for changing.
-Please bring enough clothing for changes. Changing rooms and showers are available nearby.
-You may bring sunglasses, a hat, sunscreen, insect repellent, towels, and other items.
-Please carry sufficient drinking water; a chilled water bottle is recommended.
