General Terms and Conditions:

The promotional offers (“Offers”) are valid from 23 September 2023 to 30 November 2023 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotional Period”).
The Offers are applicable to credit cards (“ICBC Credit Cards”) issued by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited and/or Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited (“Bank”).
Sino Malls which participate in the Offers include: tmtplaza, Olympian City, Citywalk, China Hong Kong City, Gold Coast Piazza, Tsim Sha Tsui Centre & Empire Centre, Island Resort Mall, One North and Sino Plaza (“Participating Malls”).
To enjoy the offer, cardholders must successfully make the payment with ICBC Credit Card and present a valid machine-printed receipt and corresponding credit card payment slip registration at the designated location within the same-day redemption time.
Each cardholder can only redeem each reward once respectively at each Participating Mall on each redemption day. Cardholders are not allowed to redeem reward with multiple ICBC credit cards in the same Participating Mall on the same day.
The promotion is only applicable to S⁺REWARDS members, and all S Coupons will be distributed to “My Wallet” in the member’s mobile app. Asian Games mascot souvenir is only applicable to the spending at tmtplaza, Olympian City, Citywalk and One North. Each cardholder can only receive one Asian Games mascot souvenir on each redemption day.
Each receipt must be from the same Participating Mall (Please refer to below General Terms and Conditions for definition of Participating Mall). The amount of each receipt is not less than HK$100 and does not include the purchase or use of cash coupons.
Same-day machine-printed receipts and corresponding credit card payment slips must be presented at the designated concierge or customer service centres below during the same-day redemption period for registration.
All receipts used for redemption must be intact original same-day merchant machine-printed receipts, and each original merchant machine-printed receipt must clearly state the merchant name, transaction date, transaction amount and consumption item(s), and the original spending slip must clearly state the eligible ICBC credit card number, merchant name, address, invoice number, transaction date, transaction amount, valid authorisation number and cardholder’s signature (if applicable). If the ICBC Credit Card cardholder fails to present the original valid merchant machine-printed invoice, original transaction slip and/or eligible ICBC credit card for the eligible spending at the time of redemption, or the information provided is incomplete, the cardholder will not be eligible for redemption for any reason. All damaged, overdue and machine-printed receipts of merchants that do not clearly display the relevant information are invalid.
The Offers will not accept any cash payment/handwriting/photocopying and any reprinted receipts or spending slips and bank statements or monthly statements. Spending transactions do not include cancelled, refunded, falsified or unposted transactions.
The Offers will not accept transactions paid via e-wallet (including but not limited to PayMe, TNG, Alipay and WeChat Pay) and transactions paid by cash or coupons or other payments.
The Offers do not include the purchase or use of cash coupons, gift certificates, gift cards, S Coupons, e-vouchers, membership cards, loyalty cards, discount cards, value-added cards, shoevouchers, soup vouchers, drink vouchers, food vouchers, cake vouchers and wedding vouchers (including but not limited to pastry cards, tang cake cards, wedding gift cards and wedding gift certificates), purchase vouchers, banks, estate agents, clinics/dentists, rental of short-term exhibition booths, payment of cash supply clubs, receipts for all bills (including but not limited to telephone charges, tuition fees, parking fees), Any stored value card/service top-up (including but not limited to Octopus/Membership Card/Food Card/Pre-sale Card top-up), etc.
The Offers are only available to S⁺ REWARDS members; Each cardholder must register as an S⁺ REWARDS member to redeem Sino Malls S Coupons. All S Coupons will be distributed to the member’s “My Wallet” on the mobile app. The S Coupons received will be shown as “Redeemed/Received” in “My Wallet” on the App and can be used as cash at designated merchants. Only S Coupons with the status ”Redeemed/Received” can be used.
All S Coupons are valid until 30 January, 2024, and will not be reissued after the expiry date.
All S Coupons are subject to terms and conditions and are valid for use at designated merchants before expiry. Please refer to the S⁺REWARDS app for the list of merchants. The list of Designated Merchants may be updated from time to time without prior notice. Please refer to “My Wallet”section for more details before using.
Each set of eligible receipts can only be redeemed for one reward, except that reward 1 and reward 2 can be redeemed at the same time provided that the cardholder could present two sets of eligible receipts. Staff of Participating Malls have the right to mark each receipt and electronic payment slip used for redemption and to copy each machine-printed receipt and payment slip of participating merchants into electronic version and retain such electronic version for audit purposes. The personal data collected will only be used for the purposes of the Offers. By providing the above information for registration for redemption, the cardholder consents to the collection of the information and understands the purpose of the collection.
The quantity of Offers is limited and available while stocks last. The redemption campaign will be terminated immediately without prior notice.
Each set of eligible sales receipt and corresponding electronic payment receipt can only be registered once and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or offers, except for S+ REWARDS Point registration and free parking offers. Members can accumulate and register up to a maximum of HK$10,000 in spending via electronic payments per day. S+ REWARDS point registration is subject to terms and conditions, please refer to S+ REWARDS website for details.
The spending amount on machine-printed receipt(s) must be the same as electronic payment slip(s). Splitting payment by different credit cards/ electronic payment devices is NOT accepted. The name on all credit card payment slips must be the same as the name on the customer’s credit card and the staff of the Participating Malls have the right to require the customer to present his/her identity document for verification purposes.
All receipts must be verified by the staff of the Participating Malls to be valid, and the staff of the Participating Malls have the right to refuse to accept any receipt if there is any doubt about the authenticity.
No alteration or cancellation to the receipt(s) is/are allowed once receipt(s) are registered. All receipts used for redemption are NOT eligible for refund from the merchant(s).
Each set of valid receipts is only applicable to same-day machine-printed transaction receipts issued by merchants, and more than one receipt issued by the same merchant is not accepted.
For receipt(s) of deposit payment, only the value of deposit and/ or the actual amount paid will be calculated, excluding outstanding payment, for the purpose of this promotion. Total spending refers to the net spending after deducting any point(s) and discount(s) from credit card.
The instalment payment receipt is calculated based on the full amount of the merchant’s machine-printed receipt. If the transaction is only deposited, the spending amount will be calculated based on the deposit paid on the same day, not the total spend of the transaction, and the balance will not be eligible for any further promotions.
The spending amount is calculated based on the individual ICBC credit card number and only the actual spending amount is calculated (i.e. only the remaining amount after discount, coupon or cash coupon).
All rewards are not transferrable, not exchangeable for cash and other items, and not for exchange.
Rewards will not be reissued if they are lost, damaged or expired.
The Bank, Sino Group or the Participating Shopping Malls shall not be liable for any delay, loss, error, illegibility, etc. in the information submitted or the reward received by the customer due to technical problems such as computer, network or other technical problems, system failure or interception by a third party’s application. All dates and times relating to the event are subject to final decision by the Bank, Sino Group or Participating Malls. The Bank, Sino Group or Participating Malls shall not be liable for any loss arising from loss, delay or misdelivery of data.
The Bank, Sino Group or Participating Malls are not the supplier of the products / food / services, and bear no liability for any matters relating to such products / food / services.
Any person or entity that is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623) to enforce any part of these Terms and Conditions.
The Bank, Sino Group or Participating Malls reserve the right to vary or terminate the Offers at any time and to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
In case of any dispute, the decision of the Bank, Sino Group or Participating Malls shall be final.
In case of any inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

ICBC credit cards include ICBC credit cards issued by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited and/or Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited.
ICBC (Asia) UnionPay credit card refers to the UnionPay credit card issued by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited.
During the Promotion Period, Reward 1 S Coupon quota for ICBC credit cards issued by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited is available for a total of 230; for ICBC credit cards issued by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited is available for a total of 2,240 and Reward 2 S Coupon quota for ICBC credit cards issued by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited is available for a total of 111; for ICBC credit cards issued by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited is available for a total of 1,120. The Sino Malls S Coupons under Reward 1 and 2 are of limited quantity and available on first come first served basis while stocks last, and subject to the Bank, Sino Group and Participating Malls’
Reward 1: ICBC Credit Card customers can enjoy one Sino Malls HK$50 S Coupon; ICBC (Asia) UnionPay Credit Card customers can enjoy extra three Sino Malls HK$10 S Coupons, i.e. HK$80 worth of S Coupons in total.
Reward 2: ICBC Credit Card customers can enjoy three Sino Malls HK$100 S Coupons; ICBC (Asia) UnionPay Credit Card customers can enjoy extra three Sino Malls HK$50 S Coupons, i.e. HK$450 worth of S Coupons in total.
During the Promotion Period, Asian Games mascot souvenir is only applicable to the spending at tmtplaza, Olympian City, Citywalk and One North. Asian Games mascot souvenir quota for tmtplaza is available for a total of 700; for Olympian City is available for a total of 300; for Citywalk is available for a total of 280; for One North is available for a total of 20. Asian Games mascot souvenir is of limited quantity and available on first-come-first-served basis while stocks last, and subject to the Bank, Sino Group and Participating Malls’
Each set of valid receipts can only redeem either one of reward 1 or reward 2 offers.
Each cardholder can only redeem reward 1 and reward 2 once respectively at each Participating Mall on each redemption day (Each cardholder can only receive one Asian Games mascot souvenir on each redemption day). Cardholders are not allowed to redeem rewards with multiple ICBC credit cards in the same Participating Mall on the same day.
