Terms and Conditions

Time of vehicle entry must be from 07:00 to 22:00
To enjoy this parking privilege, customer must use Octopus at the gate upon entry.
Customers are required to present the same-day electronic receipt(s) and the corresponding original electronic payment slip(s) to enjoy the parking privilege. Customers must register the free parking privilege at Carpark Office, B/F before departure.
Date of machine-printed receipt must be the same as vehicle entry date.
Electronic payment includes Credit Card, EPS, Debit Card, Apple Pay, Android Pay, Samsung Pay, Tap & Go, Alipay, WeChat Pay and Octopus Card. Payment by cash, gift voucher, online or other methods will not be accepted.
Value adding service for Octopus Card or store-valued phone card, payment for parking, monthly statement or phone bill, usage of cash or gift vouchers, purchase of stamps or store-valued phone card, purchase from casual leasing, credit card or EPS stubs will not be accepted.
Any reprinted merchant receipts will not be accepted.
For additional hours parked beyond the complimentary period, standard parking rates will be charged.
This parking privilege cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Any unused complimentary parking hours will be void.
This parking privilege is applicable to private cars only.
This parking privilege cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers including tenant’s hourly parking coupon. Receipts used for other redemption activities will not be entitled to parking privilege.
